Hey Guys, I have Kontakt 5.3 and it wont load. It says my version is too old. I suggest upgrading the software to be used with the Free Kontakt Player. Less complications with the full versions and easier for everyone, especially the ones who don’t have $300 to buy a full version of Kontakt 5 to play a $20 kit. Know what I mean? Just a suggestion. Anyways, Hope you guys can help.
Hey Joe, thanks for your purchase! Not sure why it says your version is too old, it is working fine for us. We have just tested it with Kontakt 5.4. However, it works with every version of Kontakt 5 since the updates don’t change anything of the scripting in Kontakt. It just won’t work with Kontakt 3 or 4. Maybe try re-installing your Kontakt please and loading it via the file browser again.
